I'm really sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your experience. I completely understand how frustrating it must be to not receive something you were looking forward to. I did want to gently clarify that the shirt was shipped to the address provided during checkout and was marked as delivered on April 14th. Your request to update the shipping address came in after the delivery had already taken place, which unfortunately didn’t give us a chance to make that change in time. That said, my goal is always to make sure our customers feel taken care of, so I’m more than willing to work with you on finding a solution. I got my shirt and it was too small. I’ve sent several emails asking if I can send it back and maybe get a size 2x in men’s instead of the woman’s one I got. But I also asked if your company would be able to put “Chicana” instead of “Chicano” on the 2x T. Nobody has responded to my email and it’s been a couple weeks. Yet, I keep receiving emails from the company. Nothing in regards to my email tho.
