My experience began with ordering the wrong pillow. After contacting the company, they quickly adjusted the order. The correct pillow arrived. The service was excellent, and the pillow is / was a great purchase. I will buy all future pillows through this website store. I found the pillows I needed! I slept in a nice hotel not too long ago and took pictures of the make. Pillows.com were the only ones who had them. They delivered them so quickly! They were not super expensive either and their customer service is A++ highly recommend. I’ll definitely get more needs with them.
