Exactly as everyone saying. I tried one night only about couple of hours i couldn't sleep on it. Not comfortable at all. My back stated to hurt. Asked the next day for return, Exact experience I had as everyone said here. We can't even put a feed back on their website. I hate to see that pillow now. It's going out of my house. I decided to shop local from now on.

Buyer beware!!! DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! IT WAS MY MISTAKE NOT TO READ THE RETURN POLICY. IF I HAD, I WOULDN'T HAVE PAID A DIME! WHEN YOU BUY, IF YOU WANT TO RETURN, IT HAS TO BE RETURNED TO CHINA WHICH IS MORE THAN THE VALUE OF WHAT I PAID.

Horrible company and lack of customer service....do not recommend you order from them!!!!! The pillow did not work as advertised and I can't get a refund unless I return it to China, which would be the cost of the pillow!! Their website address says New Mexico and nowhere does it mention China until you request a refund. Their 90 day return policy is a joke and very deceptive because they have to approve the return before you return it anyway!

Absolutely a nightmare company, do not recommend to order from them. Wouldn't let me cancel or, told me not to decline delivery, couldn't get refund unless I return to China!! Yet there is no where to say they are based in China when you order, it's all a scam!! Customer service useless. Just a complete scam

Absolutely convinced this is a scam with fake reviews, bought and the pillow made my neck worse, tried to return it from the UK and the cheapest return was almost £40 so barely even worth it to return it to get my refund. DO NOT BUY!! Get a cheap one from somewhere else so you can see it’s garbage and then you won’t lose £50+ to this scam.

a total scam. DO NOT buy from this company. The pillow took ages to arrive and I kept receiving strange gushing emails saying welcome to the family etc. when it finally arrived it was no good for my mum who has neck issues so I tried to return it - only to be sent an incomplete address in China and saying you have to pay etc to have it tracked. No way! What a con.

I returned a pillow to their office in China which had costed a lot in delivery. When I had followed up for the refund, they stopped replying to my emails. Very dodgy company....

Product and service a complete scam! I ordered a neck pillow from this company having seen their advert on Facebook, the price was allegedly reduced to £57 from £110. The pillow arrived in reasonable time. I tried sleeping on it that night but no matter how I positioned the pillow it was extremely uncomfortable. I finally gave up the struggle around 4.00am and swapped it for my original. A 90 day fully refundable trial period was offered so I contacted the company for a refund. Pillowhome eventually replied informing me that I had to return it to China at my own expense. They supplied an address that proved to be incomplete and I had to search for themissing code.. The return postage was a further £21. I returned it some 2 months ago but have never received a refund. Lesson learned, always look at the Trustpilot reviews before purchasing.
