I am still getting used to the Pillow 1 but have had many a good nights sleep. I chose the medium size as i felt the softer smaller one was just too soft and too thin.

This is my second pillo 1. Unfortunately, the first one got damaged. I loved that pillow, so when it had to be disposed of, I was not happy. I tried making do with other pillows, but I could never get comfortable. It felt like Christmas morning, when my new pillow arrived! The excitement was short lived. This one does a terrible job of supporting me neck, on the low side. I often have neck kinks, and headaches! Sign me, disappointed! L. Glover

I bought both the side sleeper pillow and the Pillo1 'back sleeper' pillow and use both depending on the night. They're both so good that I have to fight my cat for head room. She and I both very much like the springy, supportive foam. The only reason I give this one 4 stars is because the sides aren't quite as firm as the side sleeper pillow so sleeping on my side isn't quite as comfortable on it. For the record, I'd give the side sleeper pillow 4 stars as well because I can't put my arm under it as I sometimes like to. Bottom line - these pillows are far superior to the many I've tried before. Even Roo, the cat agrees. (I gave her my old cushiony pillow with the square hollow in the middle but she prefers to sleep day and night on my new Pillo1.)

I love this pillow. My only wish is that that medium pillow were smaller in width of the back sleeping portion. It still leaves room for a person to turn their head in the space and thereby sleep in poor posture vs the optimal one ideally created by the pillow.

Very good pillow,a bit pricey when bought in Canada . Very comfortable . Better than other cervical pillows. very intelligent custom design.

Wish I had purchased the side sleeper but still like the pillow very much.

The day that I place my order, I ask for a receipt which was emailed to me. In reviewing the receipt, it did not break down the receipt (e.g. shipping cost, taxes, cost of pillow, etc.). I emailed back requesting this information. I received an email back that it would take 24-48 hrs. before this information would be available. The pillows were ordered on 12-31-16 and it is now 1-8-17 and still have not received the breakdown. I requested the breakdown of taxes charged so I can add to my income tax return for 2016.

I ordered the regular pillo1 and found after a few nights that it was not ideal for side sleeping (didn't realize I was on my side that often). Customer service was very helpful in processing my return and exchanging for a side sleeper pillow. the pillow is considerably smaller than an average pillow, but does great at helping to support my neck when sleeping on my side. If the pillow were closer to standard size it would be nearly perfect!
