Hi Michelle, Thank you for your review. In consideration, have you been able to take advantage of turning your PILLO1 180 degrees to sleep on the "FIRMER" cylindrical neck support vs. the other "SOFTER" support? This option comes in both the medium and large sizes but not the small. Please call our customer service to discuss at 805-371-8883. As you may know, we have three sizes and perhaps we need to get you into a PILLO1 that is slightly smaller than the one you ordered. Hi Ronald, Thanks for the review but unsure where you are seeing that we are selling PILLO1 for half the cost. We do have it on sale now but we have never offered the pillow 2 for the price of one. Please check out our website for more information. And, THANKS for reviewing PILLO1.

Hi Martha, The design of both the PILLO1 Original has been studied and patented by Dr Hall. PILLO1 did an independent sleep study that showed various aspects of sleep including but not limited to an increased amount of REM sleep for the subjects analyzed. Please see our website for more details. Nonetheless, we are very sorry that you have made a comment such as over-rated but truly, there is no other pillow design like it and all the benefits are ultimately seen by the end user.
