Hi Chuck, We are so sorry that you didn't find our pillow to be comfortable but we certainly would have been happy to return your money with our 30 day money back guarantee. It usually only takes one to three weeks to determine if our pillow will work for the consumer but does generally have a break in period so that you neck and head adjust to the new anatomical design. The PILLO1 has three different foams within the original design and the shoulder cut-outs are hand cut. So sorry our pillow ended up not being used for your benefit. Hi Phyllis, So sorry that you felt our pillow didn't meet your needs and if you smelled any odors, this is highly unusual. Perhaps it was because of the mailing wrapping as the Talalay latex that we use has little to no odor. We hope that you took advantage of our money back guarantee. We see that it has been great for so many people in this world but certainly don't believe it to be a panacea and are sorry that it didn't work for you. Hi Andy, So sorry to hear your disappointment. This is a very unusual response and it makes me question whether we had the right size for you or whether you slept in the correct portion of the pillow, i.e., whether while sleeping on your back your head was in the center cradle and while on your side, whether your head was properly positioned on the respective side panel. If you would like to discuss, please call our customer service and perhaps we can switch your pillow for another size or if it is still within the 30 day trial period, if we can get you a refund.
