The design makes a lot of sense and I like the fact that it is a natural material instead of off - gassing memory foam. Still adjusting as I have had it for a week. I am determined to be able to sleep on my back and so far I manage to do so for half the night with pillo1

I like how soft it is. I’m still getting used to it. When laying on my back, my head fits nicely in the middle. I am a side sleeper mostly, so the extra height in the sides helps. However I need even more height and I took the extra little filler pillow you sent and use it to lift my shoulder from my head. Did that make sense? In fact, I’d love another one of those small filler pillows for the other side !!!!!

I've used a number of different pillows over the years for neck pain with limited effect. Chiropractors have loved me. This pillow gives fantastic cervical support without being hard and ungiving like the Tempur Pedic or others of that style. Side lying support is more than comfortable. I've slept on it for a week now and my neck pain has all but disappeared.

I really like the pillo1. I wish the pillowcase fits the pillo1. The pillow case is the same as standard pillow.

Very well made and thought out. I gave it four stars because I think that, even with the smallest size, the pillow is still a little tall for my body shape and size. I'm narrow shouldered, and the back of my head is prominent. So, needed is a slightly shorter pillow with more of a cutout for the head.

Website issue confirming order, but called the company and got the issue resolved with my Pillo1 sent out promptly after call. Good recovery from possible order issues and resolved with little issue.

Pinched neck nerve caused severe pain in dominate shoulder and arm. Traction done by a physical therapist helped. So did this pillow. I cried the first time I cradled my head in it. But, warning, it does take some getting use to. I'll never go back to my old down feather pillow. I use it to prop up my knees when I sleep on my back.

Customer service is very responsive! Just excellent! I love my Pillo1 but the price for their "special" pillowcase is way too high.
