I am rating the pillow average so far. I had high hopes and with the price of the pillow my expectations were high. I have bought many pillows to combat my terrible neck and shoulder pain but sadly I have not found a good solution in a pillow to sleep on.

NOT HAPPY. IT SHOULD BE A BIT HIGHER. I DO NOT THINK THAT WOULD HURT ALIGNMENT AND WOULD BE BETTER FOR MANY PEOPLE WHO LIKE IT A BIT HIGHER FOR BREATHING BETTER

I'm VERY picky and looking to replace a memory foam pillow i currently have. The Pillo1 has been the closest yet. I have given it a solid 10 days and im just not in love with it. it is a bit to soft for me, the center piece that you can remove for back sleeping is a good idea but if you want to leave it in all the time, all it does is move. It does not stay where is is suppose to. The Pillo1 is a bit to long for me, comparable to a king size. Im sure it is perfect for some, just not for me.

Pillow is ok but not up to my expectations. Not as good as some pillows I've bought at a much lesser price.

I ordered one for my husband recently, after having my own for 2 years. I noticed an immediate difference in the foam. The strange thing is, the small insert is the sand foam as my pillow I ordered 2 years ago. I am hoping and praying it is the same or better quality. Almost returned it but because we need a pillow with a cut out for him to sleep upright, decided to keep it.

I might not have the right size I will order a size larger than the one I have.

I ordered the side sleeper pillow and had to return it because it was to thick. The customer service at Pillo1 was wonderful.

I've suffered with back and neck pain for over 17 years. I wasn't expecting a miracle, but I was hopeful this pillow would provide some relief, or perhaps, help me get a better night sleep. I have tried many pillows over the years and I have to say, this pillow is no different than most I've tried, but definitely more expensive. The reviews were so convincing, I thought perhaps this is the pillow that will provide some relief but it did not. I am disappointed that I am unable to return it. I am going back to my old pillow as it's easier to go from my back to my side on my old pillow compared to Pillo1.
