This is my 2nd purchase. I needed one in my rv, they relieve my chronic neck pain.

I thought this pillow would help me solve the problem of being a stomach sleeper and the neck pain this causes. I figured it would be impossible while unconscious at night, and I was right. This pillow achieved that goal, AND my neck pain after 2 1/2 weeks is totally gone. My first week I woke up a lot, but now my Fitbit says I'm hitting all my benchmarks for sleep.

After trying countless options, my wife used my Pillo1 while I was away on a trip. She asked me to order one for her. Now we have two and she is happy.

I want to give a raving review for this pillow, created by a Dr.!! I am a 52 yr woman, who's had chronic neck pain for many years! I was told I have osteoarthritis. I live with constant neck pain and muscle tension! I've had physical therapy and try to maintain the stretching exercises. I've tried many pillows, over the years, with no success or comfort! I've tried Chiropractor suggested, memory foam ones, the thin "My Pillow", a water pillow...you name it! I've even made my own neck roll pillow. I thought I'd never find a pillow that would work. One day recently, I brainstormed.. If only I could find a gel-like one that would form to my neck! I googled again, but couldn't find one. I came across this, "Pillo1" and thought I'd give it a shot! I have been using it for a week now, and wake up with no neck tension! I've had massage and chiropractic care to adjust my neck. I'm optimistic that I finally found a good fit! I am using the small insert, that came with the pillow. I have a long neck but haven't been able to use a pillow with much height. Thank You Dr, for your expertise!! Julie

Very comfortable. I prefer it over any traditional pillow. I plan to buy a second smaller one for traveling.

The first night I used the side sleeper resulted in the best sleep i’d had in months.

I was very skeptical at first. I have an entire closet full of pillows I’ve tried. The best luck I have had has been feather pillows. I have had a whiplash injury since ‘09 that has only gotten worse as I’ve spent the last few years working on a computer. I have constant spasms in my neck which worsen when I lay down. On a sleepless night I googled “neck pillow” and this was the first in the search. The first night, I had trouble sleeping on it and gave up after about 30-45 min. The second night, I apparently fell asleep quickly and woke up after 6 hours. Subsequent nights have been similar. I have been sleeping for 3-4 hour intervals and that is a huge improvement. I wake up with very little neck pain. I have not tried to sleep on my side but have laid on my side for a few minutes at a time. With my injury, side sleeping is just not comfortable.
