Thus far, my Pillo1, Original Latex Medium is an EXCELLENT product, which seems to be greatly relieving my neck and shoulder pain, numbness in arms, etc. Customers should NOT be confused with "look-a-like" Pillo1 pillows...there is ONLY one Pillo1 pillow. :) My wife is also "testing" one to see if Pillo1 will work for her sleeping comfort. The Customer Service provided by Ms. Char Jaeger, Director of Customer Relations, Hall Innovations, LLC, has been EXCELLENT...professional, knowledgeable, customer-focused...Thank you very, very much! The Pillo1 is so comfortable and therapeutic on my neck injury. After only a few nights sleeping on Pillo1, my pain was significantly reduced and I was sleeping through the night. After two weeks with Pillo1, I can’t imagine going back to my luxury down pillow! I’ve also purchased a pillow for my 11 year old daughter because she loved mine so much. Her dog is waiting for Pillo1 for puppies, too, as it’s his favorite spot to sleep!

This is my second Pillo!. I love it because it has helped my neck and back so I do not wake with numbness and pain.

I love this pillow! After first night, I woke with no neck pain and no shoulder tightness. Good work!

This pillow is so incredibly comfortable. I’ve been sleeping on it for about a week and my neck pain is gone. I bought the medium, which is the same size as a standard pillow, and I think I may order the larger size as well. My allergies seem to have improved as an added bonus. It’s like sleeping on firm gel and memory foam at the same time. Love this pillow!
