Pillow smelled very strongly of oder eliminator used when in home euthanasia doctor treated & removed recently deceased dog. Also missing fitted original cover which was paid for when ordered. 2/8/2022 updated: well… I left the pillow outside to air out for a week or so & it no longer smells AND upon using it I find the experience worth the effort. AND I was notified that missing additional fitted cover would arrive separately. It did. Apologies for missing that & falsely complaining. I am now a satisfied customer.

Its good
Its good. I don't wake up with a stiff sore neck since I have used the pillow for side sleepers. Although it sometimes gives me a headache because it is kind of solid and it hurts my head after a while. All in all, i really like it!!

LOVE this pillow
LOVE this pillow! It helps with my degenerative disc disease and I literally cannot sleep without it! The first time I purchased one it seemed firmer and thicker. The last couple have been less thick/firm. I don’t know if a different material is being used now or what. Regardless, this pillow has been a real lifesaver for me!

Hi Amy! So happy that you LOVE your PILLO1 and that it creates such an improvement in your neck pain and stiffness with your DJD. Love to hear this as this is exactly what motivated me to invent PILLO1. Thank you. Also, you probably switched from the Latex version to the Gel Infused version of PILLO1. They are both great but the Gel Infused Memory foam "feels" (although actually the same height) about 1/2 inch shorter in height as it is a softer material with less resiliency. I appreciate that this pillow is wider…
I appreciate that this pillow is wider than my last memory foam pillow, it does help to create space between my neck and shoulder.

excellent pillow, but came in torn packaging. I do hope it was not a used one.

Have tried many
I have a compromised neck (bulging, degenerative, etc) and have tried many pillows and spent $$$ in the process. A friend highly recommended this pillow. I called and spoke with a representative with questions as it is an expensive purchase with no returns. The pillow is less dense than I was expecting and a bit awkward to use in the beginning. I can't say that I'm thrilled with it, but I will continue to use it as it isn't causing any pain/stiffness when I use it.

Not enough time with the product to evaluate , would be higher rating if they gave me a target arrival date vs making me track it down

The sheets are nice but with the purchase of king sheets you should give 4 pillow cases. A little pricey but nice.
