I have spinal and neck issues. Pillow1 was and is a lifesaver for me. It gives me the alignment I need to reduce the pain I once experienced. I always slept on my back and due to an injury started sleeping on my side. It exacerbated the pain. Pillow1 was a gift because as every orthopedic surgeon has told me the best sleeping position is on the back. Pillow1 made it easy to correct my sleeping position. I have recommended it to friends with a myriad of issues and have been thanked porfusely. I must also comment on the incredible service I have always received when ordering by phone.

When I first ordered my pillow, it was as taking awhile for it to get to me. I called to see what was up and had a very pleasant call with your service person. She explained the delay, and reassured me that the pillow would be on the way shortly. It was worth the wait!!
