I ordered a custom made padel bag from Pikore Shop. The material used is clearly good quality, but unfortunately the finishing was not at the same level and there were quality issues that needed adjustment. The biggest disappointment was the customer service. When I raised concerns and asked whether the price could be reviewed to reflect the finishing issues, I was largely ignored. Eventually, I was told they did not want to work with a customer like me, which I found very unprofessional and disappointing. Overall, the materials have potential, but the finishing and after sales experience were not good enough for a custom product. A more professional and constructive approach to customer feedback would make a big difference.

Excellent quality

Product - monogrammed golf shoe bag - was spectacular. Communication was personal - and notwithstanding delay at customs I received my order on time. Delighted and would definitely order more items.

The luggage straps are surprisingly good! I did not expect them to be of such high quality for such a reasonable price. I have not used them yet but am looking forward to it.

This is exactly what I've been looking for. A purse that can't fit anything I don't need! It's beautifully made, a lovely color and packs a punch. I made a mistake in my shipping instructions, emailed the company and within minutes, my problem was confirmed and fixed. Communication was great, my expectations were exceeded and I just love my Sara bag.

I ordered the tin whistle case/carrier. It took over one month to arrive which was about two weeks longer than advertised AND the monogram I requested was not the monogram I received. It will do but disappointed after the month of anticipation.
