Everything was self-explanatory. Easy to put in the frame. The quality was one of one. Honestly, the best gift you could ever ask for or buy.

The first shipment got damaged in shipping and was not delivered. The company promised to send a replacement, but after a month, never sent it. Horrible company and terrible customer service. You can’t call or chat, and email replies take several days (and then are filled with lies). Have to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Edit: Company did provide a refund without requiring that I dispute the charge with the credit card company. The damage to the item was not their fault, but why couldn't they send a replacement? They kept promising, but never did it...and I gave them a full month to do so before requesting a refund. So I got my money back, but my nephew never got his gift. Disappointing.

Hello Lisa, Jamal here, one of the founders of Pikazo. Thank you for your feedback - we take it extremely seriously and I realize apologies aren't worth much after the damage is already done. We take ownership over the delay in getting you a replacement to your order and we promise to do better for all our future customers. The initial reason your order was not delivered was because your package was damaged by Fedex which is unfortunately out of our control. With that being said, I want to make it clear that the dispute was not necessary - as soon as you mentioned it, we provided a refund immediately. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and will be doing better moving forward. Best,
Juan A.
I ordered it for Christmas but doesn’t matter it came anyway . What’s good is that my brother liked it as a present. My words to describe this art like poster . The words would be very prestige . I recommend for room or game room decor.

The product was just as advertised, and my brother really enjoyed it as a gift. Very happy with how it came out!

Pretty good i was a little nervous about it but they communicated well and tracking was smooth. The poster itself was amazing and came with things to clean it and everything!
