PikazoReviews of pikazo.co

The art is breathtaking and truly changes the feel of a room. It's difficult to look away from and charmingly mesmerizing. The customer service is stellar! Pikazo is very responsive and it's obvious they stand behind their products

I honestly cannot praise Pikazo.co enough. Their customer service is truly outstanding, over-the-top, and unlike anything I’ve ever experienced elsewhere. From my very first question to the final resolution, the team was incredibly understanding, patient, and attentive to every single one of my inquiries. It is so rare to find a company that genuinely listens and cares this much about their customers. If you are on the fence, do not hesitate—support a business that truly values you! 5/5 stars!

I had to reach out to customer service because I did not agree with something related to their promotion. While this was just me giving my opinion/ concerns, the company acted with grace and put themselves in my shoes. Ultimately, we worked out a mutually beneficial deal and I now have my artwork. Honestly, it’s really refreshing to see that a company is leveraging good customer service these days. Looking forward to buying more in the future!

My order arrived very fast. Loved the prints, love the colors and the movement, and seem like they are good quality but Not a big fan of the frames. They are not the best quality. I did reach out to the company and we resolved my issues very quickly.

These people went out of their way to discuss my needs and budget regarding a large purchase. They were considerate of my time and patient in the purchase process. They reached out and did everything they could to ensure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. I recommend this company and I have not even had the pleasure of viewing my new art yet. 10/10 customer service.

The Pikazo team delivered perhaps the best customer service experience I've ever received. About a week after I received my two pieces in the mail, I reached out to the Pikazo team letting them know about a couple issues I was having with what I received. Within an hour, someone from the team sent me an incredibly thorough and thoughtful email. They didn't try to tell me I was wrong. In fact, they did what very few companies today still care about - they showed they genuinely cared that I was happy with their product. Shortly after, one of their founders, Amman, hopped on a FaceTime call with me and truly went above and beyond in helping find resolutions to the issues I was having (one of which was my user error and the other an internal error they were already working to fix). Can't recommend the Pikazo team enough! They truly care about their products and, even more, their customers.

Lovely people.

Excellent customer service and truly top-tier products. The team is responsive, helpful and great about following up on questions on my order. The quality of the art speaks for itself...truly. I’m extremely happy with my pieces and would absolutely recommend Pikazo!
