They're not even attempting to make delivery just updating the tracking and then returning parcels to the sender. Nightmare company. Three parcels sent back now. No other courier has problems delivering parcels to my building.

PIGGY EXPRESS IS AWFUL!!! !!!!!!! IT IS LITERALLY CRIMINAL THAT THEY ARE STILL IN SERVICE. this is my first time posting a review about any company. And it’s sad to say that my very first review is of a company that is the absolute worst. I think we should log a campaign to get them completely out of business. You try to call you never get through you get hung up on you. Send an email you never get a response. You try to chat. I was in chat hold for over an hour. They are awful. We should all contact the companies who use piggy express and how displeased we are. I already did. I ordered from Tote and Carry well I didn’t get a tote or a carry for my vacation

This is the absolute WORST shipping company I’ve ever experienced. They took 90 dollars for shipping and it was supposed to be delivered within 10 days. It left a friend of mine’s small business on November 18th, it then arrived and completed customs on time. There were no updates to the system, we were told repeatedly that it was in Piggy ships custody and when I contacted them, they said it wasn’t and were VERY rude. They later “find” it and then 7 more days go by. Nothing. This entire time it’s been in NY which is 2 hours away from me and it’s now Dec 15th and I still don’t have my package. They refuse to refund the seller even though they have not completed their end of the agreement. It still says my package is out for delivery for the past 4 days and nothing. This is so incredibly infuriating! Please do not use this shipping company!!!! I spend thousands at Temu and I’ve already terminated my arrangement with them simply due to the fact that I refuse to give Piggy ship any further business. To say they were angry was an understatement. They’ve offered to refund the seller for the shipment/lost products and that they will take it up with them directly. Nope. I’ve already contacted BBB and opened a complaint and included their rude messages with zero apologies as proof of what has transpired. I’m completely disgusted.

oh my god they are awful. given a 100% correct address, no gates, no security, no passcodes. they don’t even have to get out of the car to put the package in my mailbox. and somehow they fail, make it IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact, and have no real place to leave reviews. it’s not even funny how much this company sucks.

This service is absolute bullocks. Can’t reach customer service, unable to track package, when they do deliver the drivers throw the packages. Ridiculous at that. They need to go out of business.

I have had to contact them about *every single package* that has gone through them. They have never answered the phone, and when I do manage to get email responses, they're not very professional. To be fair, some of that could be due to English as a second language, but the email will be severely lacking in any real information. Thankfully I received the first package after I sent an email (it had "out for delivery" scans for three days and then nothing). There are others that seem to have just disappeared at the 'last mile destination'. It's impossible to know when PiggyShip is going to be used by the shipper, but once I find out, I will no longer be purchasing from merchants who use them.
