I never got my package. I sent them emails five times about my package they didn't answer they had very terrible communication skills. My package was supposed to come July12-20 but it's August 19th Nowhere to be found I suggest don't get anything from here.

After more two years of ghost deliveries and non-existent support Temu quit using PiggyShip in Sept 2025. AliExpress and others continue to let cross border logistics companies (like Cainiao) use Piggy for last mile delivery. The service is so poor and unlikely to succeed one must assume its a government operation designed to destroy commerce with Chinese and other foreign merchants. The only way to get around them is to use a PO Box or contact the seller before purchasing to pay for premium delivery

PiggyShip is by far the worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. Tracking updates stay on the exact same status for days or even weeks. Some of my packages have been in transit for over 20 days and still haven't been delivered. Others haven't received any tracking updates for more than 10 days. Customers pay for shipping expecting timely delivery, but PiggyShip fails to provide reliable service or accurate tracking information. This level of delay is unacceptable. If you cannot deliver packages on time, you should not be handling last-mile deliveries. I hope AliExpress, Temu,and other online retailers stop using PiggyShip until they improve their service.

Horrible experience with this company. I don't recommend them at all. They marked my item as delivered, but I never received my order, no emails, no text messages, no photos as proof, and they never delivered it. They are liars and frauds😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I made a purchase on eBay and it was shipped with this company. The package started 45 minutes away from my house saying it was in transit. I inquired 2 days later about why I hadn’t received my package to find out that it’s now clear over on the west coast. It’s now 6 days and I still have not received my package.

This is the second time I will have my package marked as delivered but I never receive any package, even with my Ring camera footage as proof. This company is not reliable. They might deliver little items they feel might not worth much, but any big package seems to never make it to the doorstep. When you reach out to the site your shopped, they make you look like you are up to something since it shows your package was marked as delivered, whereas is the shipping company playing this dirty game. If I can rate Piggy express courier no star, I will.

Honestly writing a honest review while is extremely bad is pointless because when you go on any social media and type in this company 98% of the videos reviews are bad, and they are still in business that tells me that they’re not trying to do better. The phone number forget it nobody will pick up email you’d be better off sending a carrier pigeon because they don’t reply to that either. For a peace of mind if you buy anything and they’re the one delivering it just cancel your order because it’s a slim chance you will receive your item

These people are horrible. They have had my packages for 2 weeks and not delivered or contacted me as I left several Msgs with customer service. I have 5 packages they are holding. I want my packages now!! None of other shipping companies are like this.
