We purchased this for our family trip to DC. Our 4 year old was less then thrilled with it. He would only get in it once he was tried. The problem became he was so tired he didn’t want to stand. Well this product doesn’t work sitting (we tried). Also had an issue when getting through security screening at multiple sites. The metal bar the child stands on looks way to much like I weapon for this day and age…. Luckily we didn’t get it taken but had several questions from security in what it was.

Our kid was a little to tall for this for it to be comfortable for both carrier and rider.

We wanted to love this product, since there aren’t many holders for older toddlers without them feeling wrapped. And it’s a good concept since the kids can easily hop on to the back. The only thing missing that we would love is a hip strap to help distribute the weight. Without it, the weight still kept pulling from the shoulders and upper back. We brought it on our trip but didn’t find it practical for long term use. Maybe for a lighter weight kid it would be fine but our kid is on the upper end of 40 pounds.

Love the concept and was so excited but a few things are not quite worked out. The bar hits the back of my legs and hurts as I walk. Wearing the back brace, it was great for me but the rough fabric rubbed my daughter’s knees and gave her smal rug burns and she was crying to get off

We ordered Piggyback Rider and back support, and it is petty much the same as on picture. We haven't try it on for trip yet, and there may be some issues which i ready for, as our daughter will be almost 7, so i may be not so comfortable for her as for others 4-5 yo kids. But i understand my risk and don't complain about. But what was really disappointing (why it is only 3 stars) that i payed same amount for shipping as we payed for Pyggyback rider! First of all there weren't shipping method options, olly UPS which is a grub, ussually i avoid using this company and not buying if there is UPS only option. So we payed $39 for shipping, then when it arrived it was additional brokerage fee $25. That is ridiculous, if you really care about customer service you should reconsider shipping as it was ruined my pyggiback experience. I really hope that our pyggiback rider will work well for us in our Italy trip, but i was very disappointing with shipping method and price we did pay.

The concept and product are good. It is way over priced for what you get.
