Purchased a Christmas ornament on 12/14. Started following up on 12/21. To date I still have not received the Li Bien Christmas ball. I have received two separate automated responses stating I would hear something in 72 hours. No phone number (red flag), only email. Had to get my credit card company involved. Needless to say, won’t be purchasing from them in the future.

Do not purchase from Pier 1. They have zero customer service in the event they mail a faulty product. I received a piece of furniture that was missing 2 pieces. They only give you an email address that responds with AI. There is no live support.

Pésimo, recomiendo denunciar la página si podéis, hice un pedido de zapatillas hace un mes, nunca llegaron, me vetaron de la página y he tenido que cancelar mi tarjeta porque me la han robado ellos y han hecho cargos fraudulentos con ella, están denunciados a la policia

No compren porfavor aquí hice una compra hace 1 mes de 2 pares de zapatos y me sacaron el dinero y nunca llegaron ni devuelven nada y para terminar me sacaron 120€ cuando valían 60€ mi banco no respondió por que autorice el cvv así que un robo total . No compreis, es un timo. Error mio ya que no mire las reseñas, pero llevo esperando la devolución 6 meses y no hay manera. Solo un correo de que me devolverian pero es mentira... Más de 5 correos y nada...

What happened to Pier 1? It was one of my favorite furniture stores when In opened in the 90’s. Quality products with some good deals if you shopped right. Now it’s a money grab for the smaller novelty products and cheaply made larger pieces that lose there shine with manufacturer faults that quickly become apparent once in use. The brick n mortar store closed down several years ago in my town and looking at the reviews regarding their website ordering makes me realize that they are a business best left in the past.

Mi pareja ha realizado una compra de unos botines y no le han llegado. Contactó con ellos y le comentaron que estaba atascado en la aduana, volvió a contactar y ya ni le contestan. ¿qué tiene que hacer con el banco para solicitar que le devuelvan su dinero? ¿todos los que opináis aquí habéis denunciado? esa página web deberían de eliminarla.
