now i know why they went bankrupt. their online service sucks and they should be investigated. i have sent 4-5 emails about wanting to return an item and no one responds, you cant call anyone either. this should not happen to anyone. next i iwll be writing to the BBB.

Pier One makes really high quality furniture and the cutest indoor and outdoor kitchen dishes and décor. I bought some acacia wood outdoor furniture a few years ago from Pier One and it has held up so far pretty well but was a bit difficult to assemble.

Joseph, a representative for Pier 1, was very helpful and followed through with his job responsibilities! I ordered a set of dishes and I had three that were broken during shipment. Joseph made sure my three pieces ,that were broke, were replaced. I receive the three in the mail today and they were packaged correctly! There aren’t to many people out their who following through on a complaint or request. Joseph, is the exception! He did a great job

I have shopped here for years; almost my entire house is furnished from Pier 1. Not only is the furniture quality, the staff has always been very kind, very willing to help with any issue, etc. I contacted them the other week inquiring if I could order a part for my Swingasan Chair that I had lost. They responded to me within a day, on Sunday no less, and stated they'd send me the part at no charge. I had it within 2 days. Really considerate company, they didn't have to send me the part and certainly could've charged me for it. Will continue to be a loyal customer <3
