Hi Zvi The requirement to remove previous appointment is a restriction in Myvisit app that is not allowed to double book on the same ID number. Since we are booking the appointment by Myvisit service, the same restriction exist on our service

קיבלתי את ההודעה על התור ב3:30 בלילה, פחות מ7 שעות לפני התור. בושה וחרפה, שילמתי 100₪ לחינם, בדיעבד לא הייתי תורם. הייתי מבקש החזר, אבל זו תרומה, מצטער על זה.
