***UPDATED: We received a replacement in a timely manner after I wrote this review. All the pieces fit together as they should and we are so happy! Better customer service than the first response I received when I reached out previously.*** ORIGINAL: We were very excited to have this gifted as it seemed like a great and safe way for my kiddo to help or watch while cooking in the kitchen. Unfortunately, it is made very poorly and the holes for the screws are WAY too big so they don't hold at all. I have never had a product that had screws just fall out because the designated holes were too big. Great design but extremely poor execution. I did reach out to the company for a claim and they replied back with a response saying we would have to pay 20-25% of the product in order to return it. Didn't really like that either since I didn't want the gift giver to know it had a lot of issues and also didn't want them to lose 20-25% (appx $50 bucks) on a product that was crappy when it was shipped. They have great reviews on their site and that is why it was purchased but the one I got isn't safe or usable unless you take the time to fill the holes and work to make it safe yourself.
