I have been very pleased and I have purchased quite a few canvases through picanova. have never had a problem.

I received my order fully damaged. The angles of the two pictures I bought are damaged. The quality of the product is so bad that I don't know what I will do with them. I emailed the company twice and guess what no answer from them. I lost $84. Make sure to not make the same mistake.

Bought 2 magic mugs where the photo appears with hot water. Used a voucher site to make the purchase. Nowhere on the voucher ad did it state that the photo on the mug would only cover half of the mug. When I received the mug, I contacted the company. I was told that their website shows it only covers half the mug and they refused to admit fault. I gave these mugs for father's day and I was so embarrassed. Do not use this company. Rather use Minibox, their magic mug covers the full mug and they have excellent customer service.

Two years ago I purchased my first canvas from Picanova as a gift to a good friend. I was so impressed and satisfied with the quality of the product that I have since purchased more canvases and passed along the website address to friends and relatives.

I ordered three canvas prints, and I absolutely love them. The quality is fabulous, and the turnaround time was very quick. I would recommend this product to anyone!! Will be buying my next canvas from here for sure.

I purchased a groupon for a canvas print and couldn't print the photo I wanted for the specified size due to resolution issues. They were completely rude and unhelpful, and refused to let me use the coupon for a smaller size (which ultimately is a cheaper product for them). I will never use there services again.

My 1st experience ordering from Picanova was with a groupon so I was shocked at the quality of the canvas when we received it! I am so proud to hang our family picture right in the foyer so all of our guests can see it when visiting our home.
