Not what I expected …
Delivery was very quick and I received updates on delivery status. The picture turned out wonderfully, but I was a little disappointed in the size. I thought I was ordering a throw that would be very plush and what I received was a very small blanket maybe I guess. More like a lap blanket and it is not as plush as I thought it would be maybe my fault because I didn’t understand what I was ordering. I don’t know.

It's great to hear that the delivery was fast and you appreciated the updates. The picture turning out wonderfully is fantastic news! The size and plushness of the blanket are important aspects, and your insights on this are valuable. Your experience with the size and texture will be taken into account for future improvements.

Missing Hangers, Slow Customer Service
I ordered and paid for 6 hangers for six pictures. I received only one hanger. And I have to wait until the following Monday for customer service to even address the issue.
