Although I havn't had much time to invest in the course so far due to heavy work commitments what I have done has really helped me and increased my understanding of music in a short space of time. I am pretty sure I will not regret buying this course once I have finished it. Thanks Jacques!!!

I am sure this is a great course....however, 21 days is quite a bit too quick

Hi Gerry, I appreciate you taking the time to share a review, but I want to make sure one thing is clear: you don't have to finish the course in 21 days. It *can* be done that way, but I know a lot of people are busy and have to modify their learning schedule to fit their lifestyles. That's why I give all my students lifetime access. So please shoot me an email if you have any questions about that - and if that was your main concern, I'd love for you to bump up this rating by a couple stars! ;) -Jacques

Love this course!
Love this course! I've never played piano before and this course has given me a great foundation. It's been only a month and I'm playing the songs I like...I have a ways to go. And the course has a lot of goodies to keep me going.

This guy can barely play piano himself…
This guy can barely play piano himself and takes your money to teach you. It's like a blind man leading another blind man. Don't waste your money. The money back guarantee is also not as promised, I had to argue a long time to get my refund and still my card was charged the nexr month. Horrible customer service and borderline scam. Do yourself a favour and stay away. You find a lot better tutorials on youtube for free.

Hi Gus, It sounds like you may not have seen my recent email to you where I provided information about your refund, which I issued almost immediately after hearing from you. To be clear, rather than having to "argue a long time" I simply asked you for feedback and then processed the refund you requested within 24 hours of receiving your message. I also apologized for the mistake that led to an automatic charge on your account. However that charge has been canceled, you have not been billed further, and that is a separate issue from the refund I put through for you. I've done my best to be responsive to both of these separate issues, and I'm happy to discuss any additional concerns you have over email anytime. -Jacques

Excellent Course
I am so glad I picked this particular course. There are so many out there and whilst it may not be the cheapest I firmly believe it is the best. I am on day 7 of the 21 day course and cannot believe the progress I have made already. It is also interesting and hugely satisfying, plus you can go at you own pace. Give it a go.
