Incredibly dissapointed in this.
I came because the promise was playing piano in 21 days, and in the end, I learned very basic chords and a couple gimmicks... for a thousand dollars!
You can learn that on YouTube in about 3 hours.
Totally overpriced. This should be maybe $20-30.

Hi Steve,
I take criticism and student feedback seriously, and I'd like to look into your experience further. However, I haven't been able to find an enrollment under your name.
In reviewing your public profile, I also noticed that you posted negative reviews of several other piano-learning services on the same day. I don't want to jump to conclusions, but combined with being unable to locate your enrollment, this raises questions that I'll also bring to Trustpilot.
Please email me directly at [email protected] with the email address you used to purchase or your order number. Please don't post those details publicly.
I would genuinely like to establish what happened and address your concerns.

Hi Michael,
I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I take pride in treating everyone with kindness and respect, whether they join my program or not, so it’s concerning to read your comments. I’ve looked through my records and couldn’t find any record of you as a paying customer, so it’s possible there may be some confusion or a mix-up with another service.
If you did try to reach out for help and felt I was anything less than supportive, I truly apologize. I’d love the chance to understand what happened and make it right—please feel free to contact me directly at [email protected] so we can discuss your experience in detail.

Enrolled in pianoin21days with high…
Enrolled in pianoin21days with high hopes, but the one-size-fits-all approach didn't cater to my learning style. Progress was slow, and support was lacking when I reached out for guidance. Left feeling like I wasted my time and money.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm truly sorry to hear that your experience with Piano In 21 Days didn't meet your expectations. We always strive to provide a valuable and adaptable learning experience for all our students, so it's concerning to hear that you felt the course didn't suit your learning style.
Regarding your comments about support, we pride ourselves on offering responsive and helpful guidance to our students. I've personally searched our database for your name and, unfortunately, couldn't find any record of your enrollment. This leads me to believe that you might not have actually taken our course. I'd be grateful if you could reach out to us directly with more details, as it’s important for us to ensure that all feedback is accurate and from verified students.
Also, I noticed that your review isn't marked as 'verified' by Trust Pilot. We value transparency and authenticity in our feedback, so verifying your enrollment in our course would be crucial for us to provide targeted support and address your specific concerns accurately.
We're here to help and would welcome the opportunity to make your experience with Piano In 21 Days more positive, should you be a genuine student. Please feel free to contact us directly so we can assist you further.

Dishonest, snake oil salesman techniques
The owner, Jacques Hopkins, is lying. The other day, after I subscribed to the ebook I got an email telling me that - coincidentally- the new version (6.0) of the course would be out very soon. I thought this was weird so a couple days later I registered with a second email address and I received the same email, only with a different date.
FIRST LIE : For both email addresses, the email stated "Piano In 21 Days 6.0 is pretty much ready (just putting on the finishing touches) and will be officially available on (date)". But the date was different in each case and based solely on the day when you register for the free ebook and waiting list.
- So that's a lie, the course is ready and there are no final touches!
SECOND LIE : As I was receiving the email above with my second email address, meanwhile the first email address received a "LAST CALL & final chance (Piano In 21 Days is closing)" email stating that " The Piano In 21 Days online course will not be available for purchase for at least another 6 months. And it will never be available for this low of price again."
- That's a lie again, the course IS available for purchase at the same price. I just connected with the link provided to my first email address and it says "Uh oh! You missed it! Enrollment is closed. I'll open enrollment again in a few months."
But the course is opened to enrollment for the second email I used! Liar!
This looks like SCAM marketing tactics. This guy is using snake oil salesman techniques. I don't care if the course (which seems overpriced to me) is good or not, I will not buy from someone dishonest.
This guy is about making money, he is not about making money by teaching piano lessons. He describes himself as the "online courses guy" and will do anything to sell anything to anyone.

Hi Vuk,
Thanks for sharing your experience. I appreciate the feedback and take it seriously, because I am always looking for ways to improve my business.
I can definitely understand why you found the different emails you received frustrating, and I apologize for any confusion or lack of clarity. My goal is always to help people learn piano, and I’m very proud of my students’ results so far, even though this is a business and how I support my family. But I don’t discount negative feedback, and I want you to know that I will be discussing your comments with my team.
That said, my team and I have been hard at work for months working on the latest version of my course. There are actually about 500 emails in my Sent folder right now, to existing students of mine who just made the switch to my new course portal and upgraded content. I’m super proud of these updates, and they are new to literally everyone except the beta group of students that has been testing it for me. So it is simply a statement of fact that this is new, and that we have been putting finishing touches on everything (as recently as a few hours ago, in fact).
I run several enrollment periods over the course of a year for each new cohort of people who sign up for my mailing list. This means that not everyone will have the same deadline, but that everyone does have a real deadline individual to the cohort they are in (based on when they sign up). I’ve found that having a constantly open cart is simply not sustainable for my team and not the best way to make sure that only highly motivated students enroll. Limiting enrollment helps me identify and support each new group of students more easily, and that’s a win-win for everyone involved.
Again, my apologies for the lack of clarity around my deadline policy. Please feel free to email me with any follow-up questions or concerns.

This guy can barely play piano himself…
This guy can barely play piano himself and takes your money to teach you. It's like a blind man leading another blind man. Don't waste your money. The money back guarantee is also not as promised, I had to argue a long time to get my refund and still my card was charged the nexr month. Horrible customer service and borderline scam. Do yourself a favour and stay away. You find a lot better tutorials on youtube for free.
Response from Piano In 21 DaysSep 15, 2019
Hi Gus,
It sounds like you may not have seen my recent email to you where I provided information about your refund, which I issued almost immediately after hearing from you. To be clear, rather than having to "argue a long time" I simply asked you for feedback and then processed the refund you requested within 24 hours of receiving your message. I also apologized for the mistake that led to an automatic charge on your account. However that charge has been canceled, you have not been billed further, and that is a separate issue from the refund I put through for you.
I've done my best to be responsive to both of these separate issues, and I'm happy to discuss any additional concerns you have over email anytime.

His webinar is fake
His webinar is fake. It is not live.
How can I trust this course when it starts from lies.
Response from Piano In 21 DaysAug 6, 2019
Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear you feel this way. My webinar is sometimes live and sometimes not. Frankly, people are typically thrilled with the free content they receive when they attend, even if they are attending a replay. And even when it's not live, I still try to be in the comments so I can interact and answer questions. Sorry if you had any questions that I wasn't able to get to, and please feel free to email me with them. Thanks!

Crap/Ego Driven Maniac
Crap. Just crap. He seems so unsure of himself. I went through it and still did not learn much. Udemy was much better and a lot cheaper! The Udemy course I am taking has over 30 hours of video! It will take at least a year to go though it! Much better than this short cut crap!
Edit: Just got a nasty email from the owner telling me what a horrible person I was. His fragile ego can’t take criticism. Don’t waist your money or time with this ego driven maniac!
Response from Piano In 21 DaysApr 9, 2019
Hi there,
It's unfortunate that you are falsely accusing me of calling you a horrible person. In my email exchange with you, I expressed disappointment and concern over the fact that I have never heard from you regarding your apparent dissatisfaction in my course. I did not and would not resort to calling you names.
I offer a 30-day guarantee for all my students specifically so that they can back out without risk if it turns out my teaching style or lesson content isn't a good fit for them. I also welcome feedback from my students. Yet the fact is that I have not heard from you once in the past two years, until I reached out to you regarding your review.
As nearly 300 other reviewers have already expressed here on TrustPilot, my course and my commitment to responsive customer service speak for themselves. And while I'm concerned by the tone your communications with me have taken, I wish you all the best.

I booked one of the webinars
I booked one of the webinars, but it is just a video, not a live event as claimed. Comments from the "participants" come up at the side dialogue box but it's all just part of the video/script.
Cleverly, your an comments come up in the side bar but they will not be answered as it's all faked.
I can't speak for the course but this deception has put me off because of its deception.
It makes me wonder if many of these reviews are real or orchestrated by Jaques.
