Can highly recommend this course. Am only on Day 10 and think it will take me a bit longer than 21 days to complete the course but it doesn't matter. For a complete beginner (unless you count 4 piano lessons when I was 14 years old!) it is awesome. I actually enjoy practising and feel I am really learning loads. Jacques' personal involvement is very much appreciated and I would think rare for an online course. The lessons are so well-presented, easy to follow and so encouraging. Thank you Jacques. Must get back to my practice now!

Piano in 21 days review
Piano in 21 days is a unique way of learning the piano without having to go through a teacher in person. Online classes improve accessibility and flexibility and the lessons are taught in a simpler manner and they are easier to grasp! Jacques was a great teacher and instructor and he was personally involved in the learning process. I highly recommend this course to everyone!

Good way to get started
As someone who has tried learning the piano in the past without much satisfaction, I found that this course gave me the thing I needed most: a way to quickly get to a point where I can play along with popular music and enjoy it. The creator of the course admits that he is not himself a great piano player, but he knows how to get a good sound out of the piano and to "fake" being musical.
I'm not using the word "fake" to imply anything negative. My father was a professional musician and a very good one. In addition to his main job (playing in show bands in Las Vegas), he also had a small band that would perform at church and high school dances. The kids who came to the dances always wanted the band to play the currently popular songs, so the musicians relied on what were then called "fake books" -- collections of hundreds of popular songs that provided the chords, lyrics and melody. The musicians in my dad's band didn't need full sheet music with every note written out. If they had just the chords and melody, they could "fake" the rest and make it sound good.
It turns out that you don't even need the skill level of a professional musician to do this. The Piano in 21 Days course teaches you how to find chords, add some variety with (very simple) improvisation techniques, and quickly learn to play popular songs. Obviously this level of playing won't turn you into a concert pianist, but it gets you pretty quickly to the point where you can have fun with it and sound good.
The title of the course suggests that you can get through it all in 21 days, but not everyone does that. I've actually spent more than two months on it so far, because I'm trying to extract as much learning as I can from each lesson. After the first few lessons, each day includes a popular song that you're supposed to learn: songs by Ed Sheeran, Justin Bieber, the Beatles, John Legend, etc. I might be able to whip through some of these songs at a rate of one per day, but I find myself wanting to spend more time than that on each one so I can try to emulate the rhythm and phrasing of the original song as closely as possible. In the process, I'm listening more closely than I have in the past to songs, which in turn gives me a greater appreciation of the music (and also reminds me of how much more there is to learn).

Excellent teaching hands down! Updated..
This is honestly the best learning experience I’ve had in playing piano so far! Jacques is incredibly personable and responds when you email him usually with 12hrs or so. I started this program maybe 3 weeks ago however I’m on lesson/ day 7 right now because I’m so busy and I like to repeat the lessons over and over sometimes. So I’m excited to continue. My only qualm is that it has been about 21 days now and I have NOT yet received my physical starter package. I’m disappointed by this because I thought I’d have it almost immediately. I’m enjoying the videos but I was promised the package, but where is it?
UPDATE: Jacques reached out to me following this review and resolved these issues immediately! I’m happy to say I not only have my package as of 3/16th, but also a beautiful T-shirt, workbook and other fun cards and aids to make learning piano easier. Thanks Jacques, I’m changing my rating to 5 stars!

Really gets you started
It is not easy but the course does get you into playing on keys right away and gives you some confidence! I spoke to people who did not really do that after a year of lessons!
