Although this is an online prerecorded course, I feel that Jacques has the ability to make it personal. I have had to review some lessons multiple times and every time I do, it feels like he is talking directly to me and not to the masses. I have taken the legacy course and now this 6.0 one and plan to take more once I am finished with the 6.0. I fully believe he deserves my 5 star rating.

On the right musical path now
As an adult I have attempted traditional lessons several times. Having a background in choral music, I could read music but converting that into playing was very tedious and sometimes disheartening. I have learned more and played more in the past several weeks than I have in the years prior combined, using Jacques’ program. Piano in 21 days gives you that jump start to start playing music almost immediately! Things about theory clicked like never before and have opened up a whole new world of music. I would strongly recommend Piano in 21 days to anyone both traditional and non traditional music students.

Dishonest, snake oil salesman techniques
The owner, Jacques Hopkins, is lying. The other day, after I subscribed to the ebook I got an email telling me that - coincidentally- the new version (6.0) of the course would be out very soon. I thought this was weird so a couple days later I registered with a second email address and I received the same email, only with a different date.
FIRST LIE : For both email addresses, the email stated "Piano In 21 Days 6.0 is pretty much ready (just putting on the finishing touches) and will be officially available on (date)". But the date was different in each case and based solely on the day when you register for the free ebook and waiting list.
- So that's a lie, the course is ready and there are no final touches!
SECOND LIE : As I was receiving the email above with my second email address, meanwhile the first email address received a "LAST CALL & final chance (Piano In 21 Days is closing)" email stating that " The Piano In 21 Days online course will not be available for purchase for at least another 6 months. And it will never be available for this low of price again."
- That's a lie again, the course IS available for purchase at the same price. I just connected with the link provided to my first email address and it says "Uh oh! You missed it! Enrollment is closed. I'll open enrollment again in a few months."
But the course is opened to enrollment for the second email I used! Liar!
This looks like SCAM marketing tactics. This guy is using snake oil salesman techniques. I don't care if the course (which seems overpriced to me) is good or not, I will not buy from someone dishonest.
This guy is about making money, he is not about making money by teaching piano lessons. He describes himself as the "online courses guy" and will do anything to sell anything to anyone.

Hi Vuk,
Thanks for sharing your experience. I appreciate the feedback and take it seriously, because I am always looking for ways to improve my business.
I can definitely understand why you found the different emails you received frustrating, and I apologize for any confusion or lack of clarity. My goal is always to help people learn piano, and I’m very proud of my students’ results so far, even though this is a business and how I support my family. But I don’t discount negative feedback, and I want you to know that I will be discussing your comments with my team.
That said, my team and I have been hard at work for months working on the latest version of my course. There are actually about 500 emails in my Sent folder right now, to existing students of mine who just made the switch to my new course portal and upgraded content. I’m super proud of these updates, and they are new to literally everyone except the beta group of students that has been testing it for me. So it is simply a statement of fact that this is new, and that we have been putting finishing touches on everything (as recently as a few hours ago, in fact).
I run several enrollment periods over the course of a year for each new cohort of people who sign up for my mailing list. This means that not everyone will have the same deadline, but that everyone does have a real deadline individual to the cohort they are in (based on when they sign up). I’ve found that having a constantly open cart is simply not sustainable for my team and not the best way to make sure that only highly motivated students enroll. Limiting enrollment helps me identify and support each new group of students more easily, and that’s a win-win for everyone involved.
Again, my apologies for the lack of clarity around my deadline policy. Please feel free to email me with any follow-up questions or concerns.
