Ordered 9/5/20, Received 10/9/20. Item exactly described. 3 stars because of time it took to receive and the fact it is NOT a USA Company. I think it comes from China.

This company is a scam! I never received my masks and when I contacted them via email it was a generated response saying they would not refund my money, but would be happy to send me new ones at a discounted price. I have tried to call several times and a recording comes on saying there is no one at the number at the moment but to leave a message.

The masks are beautiful! The colors are rich and images are clear. After wearing them for over a month now, they are breathable and the filters are effective. I gave 4 stars because of the long creation and shipping time, and because they were not created in the USA, as stated in the FB ad, but the masks are very well made and worth the wait! Additionally - when I contacted the company to inquire about them, my questions were answered immediately and personally. It was not a computer generated answer. I really appreciate that! I will probably order more masks from them.

This company sucks. I placed an order on July 9 and still have not received. They just want your money. I requested a refund and they have not responded.

Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. I hate my masks. Stitching is under par and masks just not good! Cheap. They won’t let me return them. Instead they’ll give me 10% off my next order! Ha! Like I would order from them again! Horrible!

2 months ago I ordered 3 mask. 1 month later, only 1 mask was received, and I’m still waiting on the other 2. Now, the mask that I have received is exactly what’s advertised. Overall, You’d think if you’re going to send partial order, you’d email/call the patron to acknowledge. I would never order from this site again...
