I ordered 2 masks from this company. After I payed for them, I received 2 notices, one saying it was a receipt from some place called Dat Bui. The masks were each $14.95 and shipping was suppose to be $4.95. They charged me $14.95 each for the masks and $6.95 for shipping. The total was $36.88 from Dat Bui. Then I get a confirmation from Piace Shirt with my order details on it. Same amounts and items. I emailed them and asked if they were affiliated with Dat Bui, and they said they used their boss' account for the receipts, and not to worry, everything was fine with the order and I would be getting a tracking number shortly. Been 2 weeks and still no tracking number. I felt something wasn't right, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. It bothered me all that night, so early the next morning I checked my bank account. There were 2 charges one from Piace Shirt, and one from Dat Bui, for $36.88 EACH!!! I called the 209-890-0451 phone number and got an Oriental woman, who assured me they would only be charging me for a single payment of $36.88. I kept telling her they already took 2 payments out, so she either needed to cancel the entire order and refund the entire amount of $80.71, or I would be coming after them with everything the law would allow. She told me not to worry, everything is fine. Then she hung up. Haven't been able to get an answer again when I call. It just keeps ringing. The masks should have arrived by the 28th of May. If I don't have the masks or the money back by 5 p.m. Monday, June 1, I will start proceedings with my credit card account, and whomever I need to get things done about this in California!!!!!

Very weird experience. I ordered some nice-looking face masks, questioned why the charge on my bank account showed a different name - emoji.com. A reply I got back was a With Chinese name. I asked about that and they said they were using the owner’s personal contact info. I told them okay, fill my order, but to clean up their messaging or I’d report them to the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs. A couple of days later they texted me that they had cancelled my order and refunded me (they actually did!) because I hadn’t told them what I wanted to do with my order.

DO NOT ORDER! SCAMMERS! Placed an order for 2 masks on April 26, immediately received an emailed “receipt” with the support site listed as Emoji24h.com. The receipt didn’t list what I had purchased. Tried to visit the support site to view my order, but the support site isn’t available/doesn’t work. I emailed and asked for an update was told normal shipping from their facility is 7-14 business days. I emailed again closer to 20 business days and was told yes item shipped and they provided a tracking number for USPS. They emailed me on the 19th of May, tracking number created on May 17. It has now been a week and the post office does not have any record of receiving the shipment. The company blames covid19, however USPS has been excellent at updating the tracking and location of packages during this time, and I believe the company to be a scam. The link that lead me to their page has also disappeared from Facebook. I also contacted Disney to verify they had the licensing for the images I ordered, which they do not, which means if I do get the products they are illegally produced. I am filing a dispute with my credit card as I believe this to be a scam, and/or fraud products.

I believe this company is a scam. Ordered masks on April 26th and sent a few emails to them for status. First on May 5th. They said order was being processed. Then sent another email on May 24th and they said it shipped but with a USPS tracking showing a label had been printed on May 16th but nothing ever picked up. Then they sent me a picture of a fake USPS letter stating the package was delayed and or damaged. No business name of any kind on this fake letter. How can a package be delayed if it was never picked up? We will dispute the charge and move on. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I placed an order at the end of March. It was supposed to ship out within 2 to 3 business days according to the website. While I understand we are amid a pandemic their website stated nothing to the fact that they would be any delays. Several weeks later I sent a message asking about my order. I got no reply and had to dig further to find some more information. I finally got a number which never connected me to a person. I then wen sent another email that I would be filing a complaint with PayPal. I finally received a reply that they were looking into it. When I requested a refund since the items obviously had never been shipped, two days later they said here is your tracking number. It has been a few weeks since they gave me the tracking number and are blaming USPS for the delay. Supposedly, it has been in transit to the post office for several weeks. My suggestion is to Not trust an order through this company.
