Life insurance and dental plan
Life insurance is OK but your dental plan was terrible!

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our dental plan. Our entire schedule of benefits covering over 350 procedures is shown at www.PhysiciansMutual.com. For those who apply, we also provide a 30 day right to examine period which allows you to review the policy and schedule of benefits. If you are not satisfied, simply return the policy for a full refund of premium.

I would like you to cover copays and whatever Medicare approves but doesn't reimburse. Deductible debatable.

Your rate increases every year are…
Your rate increases every year are really burdensome on seniors. Too much!!

The customer service is poor
The customer service is poor. It's difficult to reach the insurance agent. They raised the dental care and eye and I have not even used it yet. I dropped the dental eye and hearing. Very disappointed.
