Where do I begin. First the concept is good. I like getting 1-2 hours once a week live, it is easier to digest that way. Also the price is fair. What is really bad is all the lives are at 10 or 12 during the week. This is problematic because I work as do most people. Very rare to find an evening live webinar or weekend webinar. Another really irritating thing is the auto renewal! I never gave you permission to renew on my card. If you had any sense of decency you would announce yourself a week or two ahead of time and say this is going to renew. But obviously its done without warning so people are stuck with this. “In regards to you saying that most people want your courses during the day” my coworkers all have the same complaint and are not signing up with you again. Also auto renew is not about OUR CONVENIENCE its for you to continue with a subscription plan. I was never given a thirty day notice about prior to renewal!

All courses are very interesting and informative. The presenters are excellent. There is a variety of topics and I can easily find topics that pertain to my practice.
