We understand the desire for more flexible scheduling options. Our current weekday daytime schedule is based on a combination of member preferences and presenter availability. While we do offer some evening courses, we recognize that they may not always meet everyone's needs. Regarding auto-renewal, to ensure uninterrupted access to the course library, we do offer subscriptions that renew automatically. We try to make that as clear as possible to our members by providing the information prior to purchase, and we remind each member via email 30 days before their account is renewed and again at the time of renewal.
