Quick and Resourceful, Lunaversity was great at support and even gave me a discount for my next game server renewal since a sale happened after I bought it.

Update: Company has been very responsive and issued a refund. Seems my issue was with console compatibility. There's no "direct connect" option for console players. Could never connect to the server. Response to ticket to customer service was closed without resolution. Cancelled subscription without once ever getting online.
