Amazing support, they respond to tickets on time and although I haven't encountered many issues, they are happy to help if they do arise. I can't think of a better server host.

Their support team is quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I hosted a Minecraft server with them in the past and now currently host a VPS with them. There have admittedly been rare times where maintenance issues have caused temporary, short-lived problems. However, you are getting dirt-cheap prices for hardware that is on par with any of their competitors, and a support team that far exceeds their competitors. I chalk the hiccups up to growing pains for a relatively new and ambitious company.

Physgun not only has excellent service but great customer service. They have options for all budgets and server needs. Have been using them to run servers for awhile and have not had any negative experiences. Support is both fast and gets right to the issues to get you the most out of your service.

I switched from Host Havoc to Physgun for several reasons. One the hardware physgun uses is top tier compared to host havocs which is dated and unreliable. I’ve never had any service issues with physgun. They also have an easy to use panel and offer a variety of tools and addons to assist new server owners. The best part of the switch is the support is 10X better. And they don’t charge you for opening a speedy support ticket. Also another major benefit they offer is there real time server console you can view on your panel. A lot of other companies say they offer it but it’s just a download file after the server starts. Physgun will show you everything starting up in the live console. The start up time for the server is very quick. Honestly the best server hosting company I’ve used. I love the included anti cheat and server heath monitor. Really allows you to see how your server is performing and what might be causing the issues.
