Thank you for your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and take your concerns seriously. However, we'd like to clarify a few points, as all units from our side were shipped in a timely manner and with care. We made every effort to communicate and resolve the situation whenever it was brought to our attention. In fact, we have pre-shipment photos documenting that the units were undamaged prior to dispatch. Unfortunately, in many cases, Amazon does not provide specific proof or detailed reports for claims marked as “Distributor Damaged,” which makes it challenging to address these issues accurately. We are always open to working with our partners to resolve any discrepancies and would appreciate any further documentation or details you may have regarding the damage or delayed shipments. We value your business and hope to improve this experience going forward. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help. Best regards, Phoenix International
