However, we'd like to clarify a few points, as all units from our side were shipped in a timely manner and with care. We made every effort to communicate and resolve the situation whenever it was brought to our attention. In fact, we have pre-shipment photos documenting that the units were undamaged prior to dispatch. Unfortunately, in many cases, Amazon does not provide specific proof or detailed reports for claims marked as “Distributor Damaged,” which makes it challenging to address these issues accurately.
