I recently experienced some difficulty in uploading some presets that I purchased. As suspected, the issue was with me and how I was attempting to upload into Lightroom Classic. I reached out to Serge's technical support team and they quickly and efficiently provided the necessary information that I was able to easily follow and successfully upload the presets. Well done!
