Hi, Something must have gone wrong because i did send feedback. I will say it again - I loved your webinar and I am so very glad and thankfull that I have been given the chance to see it several times. There is soooo very much amazing information that I cannot get it all on one viewing. I have now looked at it three times, because of my stroke I need to repeat, repeat, repeat to eb able to get it to stick in my burned brain. I am a university professor with two masters’ degrees and a doctorate degree in Public Health and I run an institute that teaches people about business and small businesses. But I’ve never learned more than I have learned in the last 12 months with Serge, as I started photography from scratch at age 66. His method and his approach are not always professional as well as easy to follow, but you actually learn at a rapid pace and feel like you’ve accomplished something that you never thought that you could. Imagine, learning Lightroom and Photoshop as well as the art of photography and being able to make professional photographs all in one year. That’s what Serge and his program have done for me. My first ever published photo won second place in our Art League show. I’ve purchased all of his programs and I’m a member of his new Institute and I could not recommend anyone more highly than this crazy French man who would rather live in Florida than Paris!

I have to say that Patrik has to be the best in the world at his job. Last weekend I had lost my whole library of courses that I purchased and some free ones along the way. It was my blunder because I forgot my original password and then mistakingly made a new one which in turn emptied my library. When I contacted Patrik, he knew what had to be done. I'm extremely happy everything is back and I can get back to work on Serge's courses. A shout out to Serge too. The course material is absolutely great! I'm looking forward to the day I can also have a picture hanging in an art gallery or in a magazine. Serge is a great teacher. Thank you Patrik and Serge!

I am an Institute member and am thoroughly enjoying Serge’s style of teaching. He has such a great way of explaining sections, making it clear and concise. I pick up his tips and information, he has expanded my knowledge of my camera and also the use of the various editing platforms. Without his guidance I simply would never have been able to create as good a quality images as I am now. Equally important, Patrik provides extraordinary support. He is always very responsive and has always responded in a professional and caring way.
