In less than 2 years the case was damage and the support told me that they cannot replace it.

Please be aware regarding there return policy. Made a purchase here in the Uk, item returned because I did not like the colour. Of course I paid for the shipping and the item. He’s the twister, when you send back the item you have to pay the cost of postage which isn’t the cheapest returning back to the USA. And when the item is received by the company you are only refunded for the item, not the cost of the shipping which I found very strange, as I paid for it. The company could seriously do with updating their policy to favour the customer in this situation. So in short I’ve lost money, and also I’ve lost faith in the company. Not complaining about the product, but the after care. Extremely disappointed and I will not be ordering from them again. Be aware 😡😡

After thorough research, I chose the Rebel Phone Case Series Gen 4, which cost me $90 AUD. Unfortunately, after just 7 months, the case started to come apart. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that the warranty only covers the first 6 months for manufacturing defects. After that, they only offer a $20 voucher for defects 6 - 12 months. This policy makes it hard to justify purchasing a case that barely lasts 7 months. I attempted to fix the case by gluing it, but a month later, it started to break again in a different spot, and the lock button also fell out. Additionally, there is no warranty information available on their website, and they stopped responding to my emails. This has been a disappointing experience overall.

Uitstekende telefoonhoes die heel goed op mijn iPhone 13 Pro past en hem beschermt tegen vallen. Helaas barstte de behuizing zelf na 1,5 jaar gebruik. Omdat het mijn telefoon altijd heel goed had beschermd, was ik blij om een nieuwe te bestellen. Zeer goede screenprotector. Ook heel cool YouTube-kanaal met hun valtests. Jammer dat de nieuwste generatie niet bestaat voor iPhone 13 Pro, alleen iPhone 13 en de iPhone 14 modellen.

Screen protector came with no instructions for installation and doesn’t fit screen. It’s too small. Same with the clear phone side protectors. Can’t leave a review of my own on their website.

a little disappointed as a returning customer. The website needs a bit of a design change, as changing between the models of cases can default to a completely different phone size if the current one is out of stock. it does this without even notifying you, so the wrong case can be easily ordered. They also advertise 2 business day shipping for $10 which ended up taking about a week to arrive. (I understand a holiday week created a longer wait, however it was still above the 2 business day quote I paid for) Unfortunate because this company has a lot of potential! They do require you to pay for return shipping, another policy that many companies are doing away with!

I got the Clear Case Gen 3 for the iPhone 13 Pro! I have had iPhones since the 3G, and this is definitely among the top 5% of cases. Very strong case, looks amazing!
