I got a iPhone 16 from three after 3-4dYs the phone started to overheat I got in touch with three and told them I wanted to cancel the contract with them because the phone was overheating to the point where I could not pick it up it was so hot I got a package to return the iPhone to . I packed the phone in the packet they sent me and I even put it into a padded case before returning it from my local post office to this company I received an email from phone house saying they had received my phone but could I send them the receipt to prove I had sent the parcel back ?? Today I have received another email from phone house saying that they had received my proof of return but now there saying that the phone was sent back to them and it was in a state I’ve told them that there’s no way the phone would be damaged as I made sure it was wrapped safely and properly now there asking for photos of te phone before I sent it back I’ve explained it was never asked to take photos if the sub standard phone they expected me to pay for over 24 months I’ve gone to trading standards as after the negative reviews I’ve sent it know now there trying to con me please please do not go anywhere near this diabolical company

Scammers. Please don’t interact at all with these crooks. They have different callers calling after you already place an order. I asked one for there fca number and they hung up. They will send you the wrong phone and ask you to send it back then they will keep it and use it in your name. They ask for passport driving liscence and bank card details. Total scam beware.

They are a scam . Called me to give me a phone offer and asked me for my card details including the cvc and l declined to share my cvc no one should ever have access to your cvc.

I’m having a bad experience with this company everything was going ok they explained what they did I was interested in a Samsung galaxy s25 ultra they explain what offers they had and I chosen one of those offers they explained first payment at the time of dispatch and this covers my first monthly bill which was £ 50 pound and delivery was next day which would be Friday however, after I made payment of £59.00 which should be £40 because of the offer he said I would get £19.00 refund within 1 hour which I’m still waiting for. Now they said it will now be delivered on Saturday and that they will be intouch with the tracking number for DPD it’s Friday and still no tracking information I’ve messaged them and I’ve had no response

I did not get my delivery within 14 days, and no one is responding at all. My money has been deducted from my account already, got the wrong delivery and returned to the given address, but the courier charge also was not deposited into my account. The name of the lady is Mary, who took my order and sent me the confirmation. One of the worst services I have ever felt.

Terrible experience, they took my money and never received the phone. Tried calling and messaging no response. Police have been contacted. Disgusting behaviour
