Hi Dolores, Thank you for your review! Tips. When you experience call drops, please check your internet connection since you're using the app. In most cases, that's reason for connection issues. And when your connection is slow, try calling offline from the app. The option is available from the USA (and other parts of the world) in your app, but you need the LATEST APP VERSION installed. Hope it helps!

Hi Jules, $2, $5, $10 or $20 are only default to make it easier. You can manually enter any desired amount in the field "Please enter amount" under the values you've mentioned. Hope it helps!
