Best thing to fix that (it should work smoothly) is to star rate your problematic call in your account (check the call log), or get in touch with us immediately so that we could check the routes that very moment, using the call me back option: https://phoneclub.com/contact Star rating your calls via access numbers gives you the power to control your routing. Also, if you have a smartphone, there's always the option of using the app. It's called PhoneClub and you can find it in App Store or Goole Play, and can be installed for free. Please keep in touch!

Extremely good value for my phonecalls…
Extremely good value for my phonecalls to Denmark from UK. Just sometimes the call quality isn't so good, otherwise 5 stars

Hi FINN, Since you're using the app, it's most probably (as in 99% of the cases) the internet speed causing low call quality. We recommend you: -Get the latest app installed on your Android device -And use the Offline Calling option (see app menu) to make calls from the app, without depending on internet. Sounds goo, right? Please test it!

I would like it if we get a voice alert…
I would like it if we get a voice alert telling us when we are running out of funds a few minutes before we get disconnected. Thank you

Hi H.Hunter, Thank you for your feedback! We talked to our Techies and it seems the way our system works does not allow that technically speaking. We do not interfere with the voice pack transmission. We only make the connection between the inbound carrier and the outbound one, therefore we cannot give our own messages/signals during a call. Hi Finley, To fix this together, please go through these checks: -Make sure your internet connection is not slow. That's usually the cause for such technical issues. -If it is, you may use another option from the app that does not use internet resources. It's called Offline Calling and it is available for your location. BUT, you need to make sure you've got the latest app version. Please install the latest or update the current.
