Easy to use.I use it regularly to call…
Easy to use.I use it regularly to call my mum abroad as she doesn’t have internet access.Only one issue-Top up not available from App.I have to use my online account to top up.

Hi Sunita, Indeed in-app purchase for your Voice Credit balance with PhoneClub is only available for the Android app, and not the iOS app yet (PhoneClub app). If you plan to recharge someone else's prepaid number, your mom's or someone else's (online and in a few seconds), we suggest the MobileRecharge app, our partner. Thank you for trusting us!

I have enjoyed using phone club
I have enjoyed using phone club. The connectivity is good and l have not experienced any issues as yet. My issue is the way the call ends without any warning if your credit is low. I have also found that the minutes they say you have do not tally with the actual minutes you get. Otherwise a good product so far.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. A way to prevent that is to have the Voice Prompts ON, you'll be informed on the minutes available when you initiate a call. You can find the feature in your online account with us. The second option to prevent the call from cutting off when the balance is low is to activate Auto Recharge. You can find the option in your online account, and can set it ON and OFF in a flexible way. Once set, your balance will get credited when it falls below the amount you've set. That requires to save your card. The system is 100% secure. Check out the labels on the website. Also, we have no hidden fees, no extras. But please consider we apply 1 minute rounding, not 3 like others. But every operator has a rounding system. Thank you for your understanding!

Phone Club service
So far I had a great experience with this phone service. Only a few dropped calls but for the most part pretty good and clear connection. Great price. I just wish they would have the monthly service for the country I am calling.

Hi BB, To avoid dropped calls (which is not a normal thing, because the system is working fine), please star rate the problematic calls in your call log. That will influence strategic changes on our part. Most appreciated! Also, you may consider also installing the app for free if you've got a smartphone. Overall a good option to talk to family…
Overall a good option to talk to family and friends overseas. Would love if there was some better options and pricing for people that need regular plans. Doesn’t seem that the monthly plans really save much!! Otherwise all in all a good app.

And plans are definitely saving even more, because they are monthly deals. Indeed, the "deal" is that the price is very low, but it comes with this condition of using the minutes within a month span. Plans are a bargain for people that need the amount of minutes included. If someone's need is lower, then we'd recommend Voice Credit that never expires. Would be good if the call isn't just…
Would be good if the call isn't just cut of at the last second when credit runs out. Maybe a voice can notify one a minute before hand.

The phone connections are pretty good
The phone connections are pretty good. The international calls to mobile phone call costs are not bad, but still high enough for me to make me look for a lower per minute cost.
