I am trying to call my mom but
I am trying to call my mom but, it is impossible to reaching her ,it is a man voice stay on line and we connected to you family or friends or visit our website www.family and friends.com I am very disappointed for this service.I don’t wan to blame you but if you can help me to talk with my mom really appreciate. I am looking forward for you answers.

Terrible quality
Phone club has the worst quality in a call that I have ever experienced in my life

Someone in our Support team will get back to you with more details. Connection is highly dependent on the Internet speed when you're using the calling app. We recommend a good WiFi. To test that, and identify if that's the cause of your issue you've reported, please change networks. As an alternative, when Internet speed (3G, 4G, or WIFi) does not support a quality call, try using an access number in Chicago instead of the calling app: https://phoneclub.com/access_numbers?country=United+States&state=Illinois Also, to control the quality of your calls in the future, please use the star rating system in your account, associated with each call you make. This will indicate the quality of the route, and we'll be able to change settings to make it great for you. Keep in touch, and please check your email for details and guidance.
