Hi Mario, Thank you for letting us know. We placed some tests for the number you had been trying to reach. First test used our service and the second test without it. The issue was the same in both cases. The number in Chile appears not to be working properly. It disconnects or goes to dead air after a couple of ringing tones, and we had the same result for both of our tests, including and not including our service. Hi jahangiri, We're not sure what's wrong, but we can see your account was last used in November 2019, you got the credit through an in app purchase and used in 3 day time the $5 you've ordered. Hi Corrie, Thank you for opening up the topic. 99% of people using any calling app experience connection issues due to slow internet speed. We've checked and PhoneClub app is working fine technically. We recommend you check which connection is better in your case (WiFi or cellular data). A solution is to talk to the internet provider to check the current speed or ask for a better one. Also, please make sure you've got the latest app version installed on your device. Hi Robert, We checked your account and noticed that indeed there was a series of calls that ended after 6 minutes, but also has several calls connected for more than 60 minutes. In order to avoid such issue, we made some changes on your account so that the calls are routed better for you. Also, we found an email our agent sent you. Since you are using gmail, please make sure it didn't go to your Spam folder or junk. We also recommend to star rate your calls if you ever encounter connection issues in the future. It will signal us the technical problem, and it will allow you to control the quality of your calls. Please rate each call you make in your account, Activity tab.
