Hiya Gordon, When using the app to call, the connection is 99% dependable on the internet speed. When this is slow, connection issues occur. So, we recommend considering an alternative when your WiFi or cellular data speed is not great: Offline Calling free option enabled in your app. But first, you need to make sure you have the latest app version. Then look for Offline Calling and enable it to be able to make calls from the app without relying on the internet connection. You need to enable this feature from Settings screen > Offline Calling. On feature enabling, you need to confirm and select the residential country and the phone number. This feature will help you call any number without internet connection. For any international contact you may need to call, a local access number will be instantly made available for you. Ex: Let’s say you are based in the US and you want to call your friend living abroad, and you can’t rely on your internet connection. With Offline Calling, the KeepCalling app will connect you through a local access number and you will only pay the cost of a local call, if you don't have free minutes. No internet connection needed! The feature is available only from: New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, but the list is subject to change, as we are working on extending it worldwide.
