Hi Naji, The app works fine, and most often such issues are due to the internet speed of the cellular data or WiFi. If that's not the case, please make sure you have the latest version of the app installed on your Android, and also, you may try calling without any internet from the app. Yes! It's possible. We've lately implemented Offline Calling from the app, that's using an access number. How to set it: 1. Log into the App 2. Tap "My Account" tab which is in the hamburger icon on the far right 3. Scroll down to "Settings" and tap that line 4. Select "Default Country" (your country of residence) 5. Scroll down to "Offline Calling" and tap on "Disabled" 6. On the Offline Calling menu, choose the country you are calling from Your calls will be connected through a local access number from this country You should verify with your local telephone provider what would be the cost (if any) to dial our access numbers in any country. 7. Add the number you are calling from This number will be displayed for the calls placed using this feature. 8. Scroll up to "Status" and for Android tap on "Disabled" (the status should change to "Enabled") and for iOS toggle "On" 9. Go back to the App's dialing pad and dial the destination number you want to reach, in international format or choose the number from your contact list. Related to your connection quality, please go through some checks to assure the ideal connection when you call from the app. Make sure: -Your Internet connection is not very slow and thus cannot connect you to our servers; this is the most common case connection issues occur. -You have the latest app version installed on your device. -You do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider. -Set up your Caller ID (the number you want to display on the screen of the person you call). Find it in the app menu. You'll receive an SMS, just follow the easy steps. Also, as an alternative you may use the app and call offline. The option is available in your app from UK. Hi Niso, The calls go off for at least 3 reasons when you're using the app. Let's fix that together! 1. Make sure you have a great WiFi or cellular data speed. A poor connection will affect your calls. 2. Make sure you have the latest app version, please. 3. Set up your Caller ID (all menu) to ensure the ideal call quality. Also, you have an alternative to app calls: access numbers for offline calls. Using the access number in your area instead of the app, requires no internet connection and no extra costs, of course. Hi Ghassan, The cause of this drops may be caused by Internet speed fluctuation. When using the app the quality of the connection is highly dependent on the Internet speed you have. Please go through some checks to fix that: -Make sure your Internet connection is not very slow. If it is, you can't get connected to our servers. -Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device. -Make sure you have the Caller ID set. That ensures a high successful connection and call quality. You can find the option in the app menu. Look for Caller ID and set it up easily, following the steps. It's free. The caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call. Tell us how it works!

Hi Moses, Since you're using the app, please delete and re-install the app. There have been several updates made, so it should work smoothly for you. In case you still experience connection or sound clarity issues, please check your Internet connection. If it's slow that's the cause most probably. Change network (WiFi or 3G/4G) to test that. However, when using the App, the connection and quality of the calls depend on the internet connection, as well. For a more stable and better connection, we advise you to place calls using a local access number available for your location. This way you will be using our own connection and not the internet.
