This call duration indicator may be different from the call duration displayed on your phone, due to different counting starting points. Hope it helps!

If the speed is low, you'll experience call drops and low signal. We suggest: -Installing the LATEST APP VERSION, and enabling the Offline Calling feature for free. Hi Sahoud, Here's the cause: The quality of the calls when using a calling app depends on the quality of the internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data). Some networks are stronger than others, so you want to test that. If the speed is low, you'll experience call drops and low signal. We suggest: -Install the LATEST APP VERSION, and enabling the Offline Calling function (available from the UK) for free. This will allow you to be able to call without an internet connection when the internet is not working well. Hi Omer, We've checked and PhoneClub app plus our servers are working fine. However, your UAE internet provider may have restricted VoIP use on your service (just as they have done with other VoIP services) and so this may have blocked you from connecting to our App. You can confirm this by contacting your UAE internet provider directly. Keep us updated, please.

Hi Ravnesh, We have the best deal on the global market and a minimal profit margin in order to offer this quality for this money. No hidden fees! If you found other services offering better rates for your destination, please please read the small print in their Terms and Conditions. Many have extra fees on call, or connection fees, or other "extras" that do not reflect in the rate. In our case, what you see is what you pay, because we thought it rude and unethical to present a rate and include hidden fees in the process. Thank you for your collaboration and openness!
