Su comentario ha sido remitido al departamento encargado y si habrán cambios, será notificada. El sistema solamente permite que la llamada se mantenga por unos segundos después de avisarle que el crédito está por acabarse. Apreciamos su comprensión.

Hi, Thanks for your review and insights. The cause of these drops are due to (in 99% of the cases) to the Internet speed fluctuation. When using the app the quality of the connection is highly dependent on the Internet speed your WIFi opr cellular data. Please go through some checks to fix that: -Make sure your Internet connection is not very slow. If it is, you can't get connected to our servers. -Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device. -Make sure you have the Caller ID set. That ensures a high successful connection and call quality. You can find the option in the app menu. Look for Caller ID and set it up easily, following the steps. It's free. The caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call. Tell us how it works, after having checked these out.
